Return Process

2. Securely package the item(s) and clearly write the RAN on the outside of the package.
3. Ship the return package to the address provided by our Customer Service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Exchanges
